The only alcoholic wine brewer Ueda Brewery is committed to water, skills and rice, and continues to make real sake in Nara and Ikoma-shi.
Ikoma’s underground water called sanitary water and selected domestic sake made rice is used.
I am proud that the name sake made from a lot of rice milling commissioned by a rice polishing committee is exactly “the one and only sake”.
